Treaty Oak Offroad took the traditional view of soft shackles, and turned it up to 11. In addition to the light weight, strong, and versatile soft shackle, they went a step further, and run the Dillo Hide abrasion guard along the length of the shackle. This braided polyester jacket protects the Plasma fiber from sharp edges, rocks, and other debris to maintain its strength. In addition to the jacket, the entire shackle is coated in a unique fiber lock coating, which further protects the fibers from UV, water, and abrasion. Then they are tagged with the size, weight rating, and serial number.
These shackles are made of US made, Cortland Plasma 12 strand rope, which is then built, coated, and tested at Treaty Oak Offroad's ISO9001:2008 certified manufacturing facility in Houston Texas. These shackles are 100% made in the USA.
These industry leading soft shackles are offered in 1/4", 5/16”, 3/8" and 1/2" they're strong enough for whatever you can throw at them.

3/8" soft shackle:

1/2" soft shackle:
- Working Load 12,500 lbs
- Tensile Strength 62,600 lbs
1/2” rope is great for rigging but does not fit a standard 3/4” shackle mount. Picture above with can for size reference.
